We did a guided tour here with Filippo, the proprietor, which consisted of viewing the buffalo mozzarella making process, going to the buffalo farm nearby, and tasting the mozzarella and ricotta from the farm. Its a really worthwhile visit of about 1.5hrs or so which we enjoyed. Thanks.
