Very difficult to find it, at the "back" of St. Marco Square even though the address is St. Marco Square. Pass under Torre dell'Orologio and turn into the alley.at zour left and look for the Council of Europe sign on a door on the right side of the alley. The sign is not very big and it is among some other office-signs (there should be a photo of the door among my photographs). The view from the CoE on St. Marco premises on the fourth floor is beautiful!
