I miei migliori complimenti all'educazione del \gentiluomo\ che mi ha maltrattata telefonicamente ed attaccato il telefono in faccia perchè aveva altri clienti e proprio non poteva spendere 10 secondi per darmi l'indirizzo e-mail. Davvero bravi, nemmeno 1 euro di copie vi meritate.

Beware of a thief. Wanted to charge 1 a page for B&W photocopies. Better to go to the shop directly next door. Friendlier people and a proper cost. Proprio un ladro. Un euro a pagine per le fotocopie? Meglio andare all'altro negozio 20 metri vicino con la gente più giusta.
