Amazing day with Chef Massimo. First he took us to the market and taught us how to pick fresh vegetables and fish, which was very insightful. Then we went to the kitchen and he walked us through how to cook all the delicious course. We were all given a variety of different tasks to do with his clear instructions and tips and tricks. I can't wait to use these when back home in my own kitchen. Finally, we ate what we made alongside some delicious wine that Massimo's father produces. I highly recommend this cooking course for anyone interested in Sicillian cuisine or cooking in general!

This was definitely the highlight of our trip and maybe the best activity I've ever booked on any vacation ever! Chef Massimo is a fun, knowledgable teacher who is very passionate about his cooking. We had an amazing and educational time with delicious self-made (!!) food. The venue we cooked in was bright and spacious with a fantastic view. I highly recommend his cooking class to anyone who loves to eat:)
This is an excellent local experience you should not overlook. Chef is very knowledgeable and provides some really good tips when buying at the markets in Italy or anywhere for that matter. The food we made was incredible and his teaching methods easy to follow. Can’t wait to make them at home! Thank you for a memorable experience for my son and me!

We had such a fantastic experience being taught by Massimo! He's wonderfully chatty and took us through the markets to show how he chooses his ingredients. Later our group cooked up several typical Sicilian dishes, which was such good fun. And then at the end we all sat down to eat the food we'd prepared, with Massimo fielding any and all questions we might have had. Can't recommend this highly enough, a must do in Taormina!
This cooking class was one of best we ever took (and we took quite a lot around the world;)) Massimo is a great teacher and passes his knowledge in a fun and interesting way. You learn a lot as beginner but also as an advanced cook. Allergies are no problem, Massimo is flexible and every ingredient is bought freshly at the market. We totally recommend the class!
Thank you Chef Massimo for such a wonderful day! My wife and I found your class to be very informative as to the Sicilian style of cooking, from picking the freshest ingredients at the marketplace, to preparing them to make such delicious recipes. There was a group of 10 of us and you made sure that everyone got involved with the preparation and cooking. Of course the luncheon with all our creations along with the local wines was a great ending to our most memorable day! Thank you again.
This was my first cooking class experience in Italy and is was top notch. Chef Massimo was very knowledgeable, food was amazing, and guide to the local market was a bonus. Loved the hands on experience and then finished some of the cooking in the kitchen. If you are in Taormina, I highly recommend you do this. Chef Massimo, Food and company with homemade wine was amazing. Grazie Molto a Chef Massimo!!
