Amazing taste experience, traditional dishes perfectly expressed in a different and original form. Flavors exalted. Nice location and very professional staff. Go! We took our time enjoying each surprise, the waiters did not rush us and explained each dish as they were presented to us.

My dinner companions and I had the surprise menu. We had no idea what we would be eating, with a few exceptions as I do not eat pork or aubergines and the other diner did not eat beef. From the moment the first course was served, in a jewellery box where I opened it with a key, to the very last dish, each dish was beautifully presented and delicious.
Very creative and experience driven meal - we opted for the ‘mirror’ experience whereby you simply tell the chef what type of foods you do or do not like and leave everything else up to them. It was phenomenal- I’ve been to quite a few even 3-starred Michelin restaurants and this one was up there with respect to the food quality and service.
