I was waiting almost two hours for just collecting my renevel passport.

NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE .. Trying to call them from 2018/// now its 2020 and still nothing no one EVER ANSWERED ... No other numbers to contact .you can hear the music for 3 minutes then the line get cut. People have to go all the way there to ask information. Hope the NEW GOVERMANT will do something about PEOPLE GETTING PAID WITHOUT WORKING.

I had to wait almost 9 months for the arrival of a passport because the lady forgot to send it to sri lanka. She sent it 5 months later
