I brought a Mercedes-Benz A160 in for service that I had recently purchased. Nico Giammattei from the service department assisted me and explained all of the work that would be performed and also asked if I had any concerns with the car. He was very thorough in explaining the cost of the services as well as when I could expect the work to be finished. I do not speak Italian fluently and found it very helpful that he also spoke English. I will be using Guidi Car Mercedes-Benz again in the future for my service needs.

Se dovete comprare un usato non fatelo a Lucca, ho dovuto aspettare ben 22 giorni per poter ritirare un usato, venditore mai aggiornato sulla situazione e ogni volta che io chiamavo mi diceva settimana prossima. Sono rimasto a piedi perché intanto avevo venduto la mia è non mi sono venuti in contro in nessun modo. Ho speso 24000 euro, mi è stata consegnata un auto con paraurti danneggiato, luci portiere e interno baule non funzionante e baule che non chiude bene, provocando rumore, in più auto sporca. Complimenti per la professionalità, non comprerò mai più in questa concessionaria

Sharon Franchi, ieri sera 22/01 mentre tornavo a casa prendendo una buca mi è scoppiata la ruota della mia macchina Classe A 250eq, ho chiamato il numero verde Mercedes ho atteso 5 minuti e mi hanno mandato il soccorso stradale della Guidi Car, sono intervenuti e in 4 minuti esatti mi hanno cambiato la gomma. Sono veramente rimasta stupita dalla professionalità e dal tempismo che hanno avuto. Sono stati veramente grandissimi, nel caso avessi bisogno in futuro non esiterei a contattare di nuovo.
