Nyoutopia is an Italian non-profit organization founded in 2016 by people who have shared values and an interest in education and financial instruments. Our mission is to open up the world of economics and finance to everybody, adults and children alike, by providing information and training on financial issues, debating these issues, promoting innovative financial instruments, and supporting innovative start-ups. In a world that is rapidly evolving and where we are affected by changes and technologies that radically change our lives (artificial intelligence, cryptocurrencies, autonomous driving, biotechnology...), we have asked ourselves several questions about the future and the economy. Where are we going? Can today's economic-financial models support these changes? What can each of us do to contribute to this transformation and so help to bring about a fairer world? These are just a few of the questions that are engaging us. What are yours? Today we, as a society, can no longer avoid understanding finance and its implications, because understanding how finance works means understanding how the world works. Since the beginning of time, many wars, conflicts, crises and political upheavals have come about in part, but sometimes entirely, as the result of economic and financial factors. Despite this, we often know so little about these matters. At Nyoutopia, we are working to connect people and organizations and inspire them to ask the right questions. We wish to help people look for the tools that can help them understand what is going on in the world, so that they are free to make choices and bring about change. Only if each of us is fully conscious of our decisions, can we build a world based on the values we believe in, without letting others make choices on our behalf.
