Just at the middle, easy to locate and good staff on board

Rude and unhelpful. After waiting very long time to be acknowledged, staff would not help with a faulty SIM card. Perhaps my fault for setting up wrong; however, there was never clear instruction and they only shrugged and offered to charge me an ADDITIONAL 20 euros for a sim new card. Very disappointing.
