Superfun and pleasant ride! Very professional people. I simply can't understand all the bad reviews. It is common sense to arrive 10 minutes early at the boat before it leaves! The boat left RIGHT ON TIME every time. We almost didn't go because of the bad reviews. Don't let yourselves fooled by strange people. Best trip! Just one not so nice thing: all the explanations are in italian and german. I know that there are a lot of germans in Calabria but still... everybody understands english!

Shame on this operator- the boats were way too full, FILTHY, no social distancing measures, no enforcement of masks and virtually no sanitation. The hand gel dispensers were broken and they was no sanitation in between stops and people. This would be better if they only allowed 50% capacity, enforced mask wearing, cleaned up the boat and only did ONE stop to ONE island to allow more time to explore and actually experience the place. This experience is one of the embarrassing exploitations to Italian tourism
DO NOT BOOK AT THIS COMPANY! THEIR BOAT DID NOT GO, NO STAFF IN HARBOUR TO EXPLAIN! We booked a tour to panarea and stromboli by night, we booked one day in advance. We arrived in the harbour at 9.45 today, the boat should leave at 10.30. We were looking for the comerci check-in desk but could not find it. Then staff from another company told us that there was no comerci boat leaving today. We gave comerci our phone number when booking the tickets, do why did they not inform us about this?!?! We waited to see if there were places at the other boat but unfortunately it was full :( so no boat trip today. Incredibly bad service, horrible company, do not book at comerci! We advise to book at Tripodi.
Am Mittwoch, den 02.09.2020 haben wir einen Ausflug zu den Äolischen Inseln (Stromboli-Lipari-Vulcano) mit der Adriatic Princess 4 gemacht. Der Tag war gut organisiert und optimal ausgenutzt. Obwohl wir die beiden einzigen Deutschen auf dem Schiff waren, hat Reiseleiterin Claudia alles für uns übersetzt, Fragen beantwortet und sich um uns gekümmert. Ein Bonbon war die zusätzliche Bootstour mit einem Besuch der interessantesten Punkte der Westküste von Lipari und Vulcano, die ja nur von der Seeseite ersichtlich sind. Für den Tagesausflug stimmte das Preisleistungsverhältnis (60,00 10;00 / pro Person). Danke für die schönen Eindrücke / Petra Mario aus Potsdam-Babelsberg (Germany)
