Wish I could give zero stars. Worst experience ever. I kept the ticket in their security and some took from from the security screen. I showed them the credit card transaction but they forced to buy new tickets. Worst customer experience. Be aware of going through their security and those are the guys who you should be aware of. Worst experience ever. Even their staff and manager was rude. You come here paying so much but their ethics and customer experience is zero.
