An international, student-environment. Welcoming and helpful staff, thoughtful touches and lots of common rooms and areas including a small backyard garden as well as balconies, study rooms, tiny indoor gym and many others. A little bit out of the city but within less than a 5 min walk away from the scientific favulties at the university (la nave) and 1 min away from the swimming pool, gym, restaurant and a bar (Campus acqua).

Good facility but there is no management there. Dormitory itself is the best in Pavia but there is no onsite manager( 1hour in a week manager will be there).So some staffs do not do theri work properly and there is no manager to observe them. Except secretary( Eleonora) that is a very nice person that always will help you with her best and one of the cleaning staff that he is very helpful. But about cleaning lady and doorman, I can say they are most unresponsabile people of ever seen and there is no manager to observe their aggressive behaviour with the students. It will be a gokd dormitory if a manager will be on site.
