I spent few months in villa Madruzzo, I had a billionaire living life. The stuff treat me no exception no words to describe especially TANVIR, MICHAEL, ALEJANDRO, Ariana, Laura, and actually, all of them. My room balcony has two mountain view one to the east and west. The free buffet in the morning just wonderful if you don’t like all selections they have ask what you like and they will make it for you. I 100% recommend this place and would definitely come back if I ever come to this region again!

Nice and clean hotel just outside the city of Trento. I staid in a separate building besides the old building. Everything is connected by corridors, the Gym is in the basement. The swimming pool in another building, nice for relaxing. The room is clean and more than enough space, bathroom is clean but the shower is very small. The temperature for the room is controlled by reception, so you have to ask to get it warmer. Staff is friendly and polite, even when the restaurant is closed (3 pm) they arrange something for you. Breakfast is perfect, for everyone there is something you wil like.
The room is nice, the bathroom clean and roomy. But the PLASTIC sheet on the BED!? I'm not a bedwetting child! It feels disgusting, sweaty and makes noise when I move. I deeply dislike this. For this alone we will not return. Restaurant is very busy, big selection of dishes and wines. The staff are friendly but it all felt rushed. Most staff does not wear their facemask properly. Breakfastbuffet is not covid proof. Guests end up taking food with their hands.
The newly renovated rooms are nice - apart from that the hotel is a mix of old and new which sometimes seems unfitting. The Spa costs extra per day and person which wasn‘t communicated beforehand. The breakfast solution for to the corona situation didnt work well, making it an uncomfortable experience - in addition, the food quality was below standard.
Amazing place to relax!! Very good hotel, very good food, very special service in restaurant!
