I would say locating this DHL office in Civitanova was not so difficult thanks to Google maps . However, it takes about 20 to 25 minutes to walk from the main road to the office. (main road spotted in the picture with a red sign) this is the junction one has to alight one coming from Macerata to Civitanova (DHL office) with a bus. Its rather unfortunate there was no signboard or signage at the main road to help with the direction to the. DHL office. Thanks to the bus conductor who showed us where to get down. Nonetheless, the people received us well and they were friendly.

Aaargh. Still waiting for a package which is late. Have written a message to DHL as the sender in Germany gave a consignment number the DHL tracking system won't accept. I simply cannot track my purchase. Now the message I wrote on their website page can't be sent as it doesn't recognise the page! I would give this company no stars at all except it doesn't let me.
