Nice people and good price for the car

We do not recommend Rubeca Motori, you will not get help in emergency situations there! During our return from Italy, the control light of glow plug turned on (passat cc), 1600 km remained to go. We wanted to diagnose the cause and possibly fix it. The phone contact made us optimistic, we were promised diagnosis and repair immediately if it was a small problem or if it was difficult and complicated then within few hours. Anyway, today. So we came to the service (30 km) changing the direction of the route. Unfortunalety, already at the beginning we were told that there are 4 cars ahead of us and there is no chance today for the repair (Friday 14,45), tomorrow neither, because it is Saturday, on Monday there are chances, but they do not promise us anything. We should leave the car in the service. We asked just for a computer diagnosis to know how serious the problem was (the car lost its power) because we had to leave Italy on Sunday. The man from the site consistently refused help despite our kind requests. He also showed a lack of competence and basic knowledge, when he looked under the hood and diagnosed within 5 sec a likely broken alternator and suggested a battery change. He did not want to help in this unique situation on our way home. He turned and just walked away. Disgust remained. Fortunately, people not connected to the service recommended us the VW Moretti service in Chiusi, less than 10km away. The owner understood our difficult situation, left working on other car for a moment and connected our car to the computer. The cause was diagnosed and removed within 20 minutes, we could continue the further route. 1600 km we overcame without any obstacles.
