really disappointed, bought 4 boxes of La Escepcion in July, upon inspecting them at home I found live tobacco beetle in boxes and 32 cigars total destroyed with an infestation. No apology, no offer to exchange. Big loss for me. They just dont seem to care.

The tobacconist here knows the cigars very well. Also if he likes you then u can get some discount as well. I picked some toscano brand cigars and a lighter. They have large collection of local and imported cigars and cigarettes.

Such a nice place. Very friendly suggestions from employees, and they are very knowledgeable

This is a poor place to end up to. Few cigars choice, mostly davidoff (is this company buying any cigar retailer worldwide? probably). I asked for walking-cheaper-cigars and I had a vet bad answer back, I'm sure they don't even know what they were saying. If you're in town I'd avoid this place, and go straight to Casa del Habano or others, selling cigars is becoming an elitist jib in Europe, at least it looks like. There are places where you can buy any smoke without being treated as pest.
