My 10 years old MacBookAir lost a screw of back cover. I went to Juice Brescia Centro Assistenza ed Apple Premium Reseller to repair. They said no way to revise once a screw is lost. Then, I walked to C&C Brescia - Apple Premium Reseller e Centro Assistenza Autorizzato Apple. Technician in charge was off the date but they promised to call me after checking parts inventory and availability at Apple store. They called me following morning to let me know they found a stock at the shop. I went there again and in 10 minutes, they put new screw and tightened some losing screws. Surprisingly, it was all free of charge! I recommend to go to this shop if you have any trouble in using Apple devices.

Hardly premium!. A poor decision on Apples part to consider this shop a premium seller. The service and attitude of the those running the shop is deplorable. Tourists and Italians beware! If you need Apple products go to the shop on Corso Magenta across the street from Coin.

L'Assistenza Apple mi ha suggerito C&C per la riparazione in garanzia (Apple Care) del mio MacBook Pro, una volta in negozio mi è stato però chiesto di pagare per l'intervento. Richiamando l'Assistenza Apple mi è stato nuovamente confermato che non c'è nulla da pagare ed Apple mi ha fissato il ritiro del mio computer a domicilio con successiva riparazione in garanzia, tutto gratuitamente. Grazie C&C per avermi fatto perdere tempo. p.s. Sono utente Apple da 15 anni ed è la prima volta che mi imbatto in uno scenario simile.
