Helpful, professional staff who build a good relationship with their customers over the long term, instead of taking advantage of them for short-term profits. I have been renting from them for a year now. Salvatore does an exceptional job. All of the staff that has helped me are helpful and professional. They represent Sixt well. I have never been disappointed with the service. I will continue to use Sixt because the service is excellent.
Very good service and friendly staff. I rented a car for 5 days and didn't have any issues, I would advise to take the full insurance as driving in Sicily can be some times a bit risky. Thanks to Ana Paula who was very welcoming

Unpleasant experience mostly due to the rude customer support from Ana Paula. Instead of respecting the custom of \customer is always right\ she was saying things like \it's your fault\ and \I know how to do my job\ while trying to aggressively sell us insurance, even though we already had one from rentalcars.com and said NO, we don't want extra insurance. Had also a problem with my credit card (limits too low) and when I asked for solutions to this problem she only offered to upgrade our car and insurance. Finally she offered to downgrade from our BMW 3 series to a Fiat Panda (quoting the other review from Harry Dix - lol). I called my bank to fix the issue and she actually seemed dissappointed that she couldn't squeeze more money out of us. Too bad.
