Due to a friends' recommendation I heard about this place. When I arrived I felt like going in the middle of nowhere. A hidden place worth to visit!! Sergio produces an outstanding variety of vinegars and comes up with very innovative ideas by using his skills and local resources. I learned to change my view about vinegar by tasting different types and enjoying tasty dishes. Both Sergio and Silvana are people with plenty of stories to share and welcome you like you would belong to their family. I highly recommend to visit this place and dive into the world of vinegar and traditional piemontese cuisine. By the way, you should check out their garden ;-)
