Beautiful castle and beautiful views from the top. Probably one of the best panorama in the whole city. There are a few stairs to encounter but absolutely worth it. Also, can be approached by car or funicular. During the COVID restrictions we had to wear mask in closed rooms/corridors of the castle and pre-book our tickets. However, a full price ticket costs only 2.50. This price is basically nothing for the experience that this place can give to a visitor. Recommended.

Amazing sightseeing experience. You can see EVERYTHING for many kilometers. Short and simple.
One of the high points of a visit to Naples (excuse the pun). Although the castle does not have many interesting historical artefacts nevertheless the actual fortifications are interesting and well detailed in the guide signage. However the views are spectacular, you can see the whole of the city together with Vesuvius, Capri and the outlying hinterlands. Take the funicular railway to avoid an uphill walk.
Cheap and great views of the city and ocean. Entrance admission was only 3 and virtually no line. You walk over the ramps and up the castle walls (no stairs). Along the way, you'll see placards with information about the castle and events from history. The top of the castle offers great views of the city and you can see the sea. It's great to walk around the whole perimeter. Note, however, the bathrooms are not very good and a lot of them were broken, so be aware. Overall, great if you're nearby.
Pretty standard castle fair to be honest, affordable entrance price, not much in the way of facilities but at least they don't have a pile of identikit Putin clone guards marching around (I'm looking at you Prague Castle) 6/7.4
