Excellent resort in a beautiful pine wood area right by the beach. The 2 bedroom apartment was spotless and well furnished, it had a spacious patio with a dining table for 6 people. The buffet breakfast was delicious and with plenty of options.

Comfortable rooms, exelent service, but I do not recomend ale carte restaurant. Fish, we ordered, wasn't fresh, buffet self service was very poor as well, but the prices were high. We didn't try pizza, but maybe, it could be the only choise for the reasonable price.

After I got used to the standard italian chaos-driven management, I really enjoyed the stay in the hotel. The apartments are reasonably large, clean and well-equipped. The beach is wonderful and accessible directly from the hotel. I appreciate that each room has its set of sunbeds&umbrella at the beach, free of charge. However, there are two things that need to be changed: 1) the coffee from the automatic machine served for breakfast is *just terrible* - worst coffee I had in Italy ever. The coffee at the bar is okay, but it is not included in the breakfast. 2) Plastics everywhere. You kind of don't expect (in a 4* resort) to eat your lunch with plastic knife&fork from a plastic bowl and drink from plastic cup. Moreover, the amount of plastic waste for the Earth is terrible.

You are so professional and so kind at the same time and my family had a great stay and time in Tuscany because of your quality service. Well done and see u again in the near future. You are amazing

If you want a summer camp feel with lots of young kids, you might enjoy. The beach was nice, the rooms were good size but the furniture seemed to be from the 70s and needed to be updated several decades ago. This price was very high so we expected a lot more

Some advantages if you like all inclusive holidays for your family. No need to move from the club for any need. Personally I found it too expensive and not very Italian.

The beach is fantastic: Clean, separated and nice water. The breakfast is good, the restaurants ok. The staff is helpful and friendly. In the surrondings of the Family Village are some beautiful villages, but a car is needed in the region. The rooms were a little bit disappointing. No tables or chairs. One plug was hanging out of the wall, which is dangerous, especially with kids at a Family Club. Only italian TV, the Wifi is slow (40k/s), but ok to check some mails.
