The personal is very rude. They don't look or speak to you while paying, they don't even reply to the minimal polite things like "Hello" or "how are you".the variety of items to buy is small and they are VERY expensive, sadly is the only place after passing the security

Very little education by the workers in this place, I had to deal with a woman with 0 customer service manners , I was buying cigarettes to take back home like I usually do after my holidays, got to the till and just got pulled out of my hand the cigarettes, and all she said was "no cigarettes for you" with a very bad attitude and no further explanation or nothing, this company should keep on top of there staff and provide them with training and specially make sure they have good manners with the customers and obviously that they can at least speak English if not more languages. Won't be buying again from this company, as anyway the prices don't change much from any shop outside and will be cheaper than in the UK. I would void this place unless really needed, make sure you get the stuff for your trip outside the airport!!!

Nice duty free, but expansive and not much to offer you. Better do all the shoping in italy's cities during the trip.

Nice shop to grab a bottle of good wine before boarding! “Enoteca Emozioni” is the duty free WINE Shop with wide and well-curated selection of fine wines and spirits focusing on local and main italian producers, mostly from Verona, Tuscany, Piedmond, a nice selection of sparkling wine including Champagne, Prosecco and more. I enjoyed very much a taste of white wine Vermentino Banfi explained by a very enthusiast and professional sommelier.

Esperienza NEGATIVA : Acquisto della cioccolata Lindt swiss Premium tavolette da 300 gr. Peccato però che era produzione 2018 e SCADUTA da settembre 2019 inimmaginabile che si possa tenere in vendita merce scaduta da ben 4 mesi. Si consiglia la direzione vendite di controllare i prodotti esposti in vendita
