Such a great place to stay, the Villa is very comfortable with everything you need and just 1 minute walk away from the beach. We stayed with 2 family (9 persons) but the Villa can host till 12 persons easy, which is a very good deal for the rate of stay. Good value for Money!

Amazing place, so far one of the best place to stay and live the real experience of the sea side of Tuscany! Sun, BBQ and Sailing just in front of the house.. Perfect conditions and really stategic positions of the Villa guarantee an amazing sport holiday! Can't wait to be there again
