Got the chance to book a food class at Casa Podere Monti while we were in Tuscany and it was the highlight of our family's trip! We still talk about the delicious pasta and tiramisu we made and try to recreate it at home in America. It was truly amazing to see the simplicity of incredible Tuscan ingredients come to life in the beautiful farm house! We thoroughly enjoyed our time with the host and her family - loved seeing the property and left wanting to plan a trip back to the Agriturismo as soon as possible! One thoughtful touch was that my gluten allergy was very much taken into account and catered too. Which was such a fabulous touch. We so hope to come back someday and stay on the property! It was a magical Tuscan experience!

I took a cooking class at Casa Podere Monti and had an amazing time. The class was really hands-on, we made several types of pasta from scratch as well as appetizers and dessert. We also got to tour the beautiful property and enjoyed several glasses of wine with lunch :) highly recommend for an authentic cooking experience with a gracious, fun host on a beautiful property!

My friend and I visited for a 1 day cooking class last summer. It ended up being a private lesson with Federica, and I cannot recommend enough! She was an excellent host, perfect English, really friendly, super patient with us. We made 3 types of bruschetta, 2 types of pasta and tiramisu - all in a lovely open kitchen in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. We ate all the foods we made in the courtyard outside, accompanied with delicious local wine. There was so much food, we had to take some home with us and ate it the next day too! Really good value for money, excellent experience, and we have been making the recipes at home ever since!

We had such a good day!!! So much fun learning to make pasta and then getting to eat it after meeting people from all over the world!! Would highly recommend- was a real family feel even Nonna was in the kitchen and learnt lots!!!

I had a wonderful afternoon with Federica, learning to make pasta, bruschette, and tiramisu! I brought the recipes home and have made them all consistently over the last few months! The grounds are beautiful, and I'm looking forward to staying there as soon as I can get back!

We have stayed at Podere Monti on two separate occasions and I hope we can visit again very soon. Federica and her family were excellent hosts and were always very helpful if we needed anything. Our accommodation was lovely on both occasions with plenty of outside space. The pool was excellent, I especially like to swim early morning, this is one of my favourite memories of the holidays, the pool had amazing views of the Tuscan countryside from all around the pool. Podere Monti is situated a short 15 min stroll from the delightful town of Case D’Else or a few mins by car. Castle is a friendly, non-touristy hill too town, we love it. It is an excellent base to explore the Tuscan villages and towns, with Volterra, Sienna and San Gimignano nearby. We will definitely return for another holiday.
