The guy working today (September 14, 2019) with glasses around 6:00 p.m. was the rudest person i've ever met. First of all, he didn't even look at me when I was asking him questions. Second, he was absolutely zero help and doing something on the computer ignoring me when I asked him questions. I started to leave and he says \you're welcome\, but why would I say thank you when you were zero help? Common courtesy to look at someone when they are talking, not ignore them, and not give them attitude when they ask you questions as if they are bothering you from whatever game you are playing on the computer. Fire this guy.
Worst customer experience ever. I guess almost everyone knows the franchising brand, they have cool products and all, but at this store in particular, I had a very bad experience. The guy there was very impatient with any questions and even mislead me to buy a product as 'smokable' when it wasn't. If you want to have a 'drug dealer' treatment, come here, otherwise, just look for one of the hundreds of CBD stores around the city.
MI HANNO APPENA VENDUTO UN ARTICOLO SCADUTO. Me ne sono appena accorta ma purtroppo sono in treno. Provo a chiamare ma il numero sul sito è FRANCESE! Assurdo! Vabbè mi hanno richiamata scusandosi e che quando sarò di rientro a Milano di portarle.
