We used this when we went skiing this winter, and we got amazing service. Andrea was very helpful in providing us the best gear for us, and made the experience very pleasant. The second last day we came down, wanting to change from ski's to snowboard but we were in a hurry, to get up to our hotel in Passo Pordoi before the lifts closed. Here we met Andrea again, who went out of his way to get our snowboard, which made quite the impression on us. We will definitely remember this, when we next time look for ski renting!
We were not really happy with the equipment we rented and it turned out that others are cheaper with better and newer skis. The only thing that is cool is that they deliver and pickup the equipment to and from the hotel.
