Giving this one star as we did have a car that worked throughout the week but would never use this company again. Really problematic communication, disappointing and damaged vehicle and issues obtaining refund for cancelled/unused airport shuttle.. At booking stage price provided was for a small car (EUR65 per day) and it was not made clear that the 3 year old larger car was a higher price. Car had been cleaned as best as possible but had a lot of wear and tear and back broken light (at EUR75 this was very poor value.) Airport pickup was provided on arrival but at time of booking we were not advised that the return shuttle to the airport was not included. We paid EUR25 when collecting the car for return shuttle to the airport but ultimately did not need this. Were told refund could not be processed because we returned a car on a Sunday and if we emailed on our return this would be processed in office hours. Two weeks later and no reply to my email or refund.

This was one of the most amazing experiences I have had renting a car. Fabrizio was so helpful and friendly and went completely out of his way to accommodate all my needs. I rented a car to road trip to the north of Sardinia, and the rental, the staff, and his welcoming vibe simply outstanding. I got the best deal in town and he also dropped me off at the airport to finish off my trip. I wish I could give 10 stars because that’s what he deserves. Mille Gracie Sol y Mar y Fabrizio. Don’t hesitate to use them to rent your car. Forget about the large corporations. This is the best.
I went to visit Cagliari with my english friends and we decided to do the Stop and Go Tour. We are really satisfied about this experience because with only 10 euro we had the opportunity to see the most important monuments of the city. We also could stay the time we wanted inside the castle and my friends were happy that there was the audio on board in shuttle bus. Finally they decided to rent a car for the rest of the week and they got it at a really good price by this company. We want to thanks everybody for this experience, the girls, the driver and Valentina that has been really kind to us Hope to see you soon
