I advise to buy ticket in advance in the internet , cause i arrive in the morning Sunday at the station it was price 10 euro but it was not even written no where the price they just saying, i ask them that in the internet is 8 , they say is 10! So is better take train is 13 euro and is more chance to get to the airport on time! But those people who sale bus ticket for me was suspicious, cause the price was not written no where they just told me the price, is no mutter two euro, the mutter is principe !

No physical place, just the street with some signals. No organization to ride a bus, no protection from rain or wind. Not electronic table, so it is difficult to read the table because of the dust and rain. Not for developed country.

There are a few different companies that do the service to malpensa, all same price so you can ask around how long the wait is. Booking online is 8eur, but 10eur if you buy it here.

Where do we start. The ticket sales people are rude. On the day of departure there was torrential rain and the passengers and their baggage were left to get soaked for over 30 minutes by the dysfunctional and incompetent ticket collector. The baggage could have been put in the hold, but this was not allowed, then by the time people were allowed to enter the bus, their tickets were wet and could not be validated in the machine. This caused even more confusion. There were arguments with passengers, people trying to push in. In other words a complete debacle. We thought we were in a scene from Faulty Towers. Eventually we got under way, a half hour late. At least the bus driver was courteous and competent.

Went on Malpensa shuttle bus. The company is also a service provider for FlixBus. I bought the tickets on the FlixBus app and each way costed 8. But the ticket salesman at the bus was charging 10 each way to people buying the tickets there. But forget FlixBus schedule, I had a bus scheduled at 12:00 but the bus only left at 12:20.
