Nem Bog

Staff doesnt speak any language but local german dialect and few words of italian! They dont do any service apart selling tickets so if you need a help for something you have to find it out alone, what is unacceptable for such a turistic place like Brunico! People who work there are extremly rude and impolite! On my complain for bus dealy (for which I lost a train) I got insults (a..hole) in return!!!!! I've never met in my life so rude, primitive and horrible people like in Brunico!
