I took there my BMW for repairs, which consisted in putting some glue, the owner told me it was going to cost not more then 100 which is already a lot for suck a small job. When I went back to pick up my car he asked me 130 and said that it took longer then expected... I brought the car at 8:30 and at 10:15 I went to pick it back up, magically on the receipt there was written they took 2 hours and 30 minutes. That is already very bad but it’s not the only thing that happened, in fact after 3 weeks a piece they had to take off and put back on magically fell off when I was driving and went lost, when I went back to the place they took 0 responsibility and asked me again for a overpriced number to fix the car. Don’t go there!

Sehr guter Service. Ohne die kompetente Hilfe dieser Profis hätten wir nicht weiter in den Urlaub fahren können. Schnelle HILFE. Alle Tätigkeiten transparent. Fehlerquelle wurden gezeigt. Lösungen wurden gefunden. Sehr sehr bemüht. Preis/ Leistung sehr fair. Wir können diese Werkstatt wirklich sehr weiter empfehlen.
An der Mautstelle vom Brenner ist der Ausgleichsbehälter geplatzt. Zum Glück konnten wir den Behälter provisorisch reparieren, so das wir nach 130 km weiterfahrt das Auto erneut zu der ausgezeichneten Werkstatt Auto Grohe bringen konnten. Die Reparatur wurde zeitnahe und wie beim letzten mal äußerst Professionell und zu einem wirklich fairen Preis zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Vielen Dank an das Grohe Team und bis zum nächsten mal ;)......
