Good place, with many classrooms and the Bar at the entrance. It is on a hill and the view is nice. For every question you can visit the home page. It's all true and the professors teach very well.

I come from Madrid (Spain) and I have done erasmus here in Bologna all this year, doing laurea lessons, laurea magistrale lessons, in english and italian lenguage, so I will talk generally. 1) The teaching method normally is all theory, and for my opinion is terrible that in a master of engineering for example you don't use matlab or the calculator, and don't do any numeric problems (in some courses yes, but very strange). 2) The classrooms are old and very uncomfortable (I think they are the same seats that Copernico or Petrarca used). 3) The location is very good, 15 min walking to center and is in the best calm place of bologna, close to the mountain and is not the caos of literature campus in center. 4) The food is cheap, but don't expect too much quality. Also you can bring of home, but in winter there aren't warm places to eat and you have to do it in the corridors of the classes building. 5) The exams method generally is an 'oral exam' where the teacher ask you normally two questions, you write all you know about it in a white paper and then he will ask you specific details about that topic or about other.
