The gym itself was good, unfortunately this was completely overshadowed by the TERRIBLE experience I had trying to quit... They make this nearly impossible. While you can just walk in and create an account at the front desk, you have to hand write a letter and send it to Milan to quit.. well, I did that at the beginning of lockdown and the letter was sent back to me. I then sent another letter (I had already explained all of this via email). Well that was 7 months ago and they're still trying to get money out of me. scam.
I had a really bad experience with the Mcfit gym, the customer service is awful. If you start your subscription it's impossible to cancel your contract. They extend my contract without asking me and it's about 4 months that I am trying to cancel it but the customer service told me that you can't, although, I send an email to them before my contract be finished but they are still taking money from me and the gym is closed. They don't answer the emails clearly. The gym was closed for 3 months before and they didn’t add these 3 months to my contract even though they charged me for all the months that the gym was closed. Their service is really terrible. I'm really unsatisfied with this gym.
Very cheap, quite nice inside and full of equipment, but it gets suuuper crowded at peak times.
This is one of the best gyms I've ever been in. The machines are good and the live courses are great! The staff is the most friendly and helpful I've ever seen. They come and give you advice whenever you need it and they just simply give you a positive energy to carry on your workout. I've been pleasantly surprised by this! I hope your boss increases their salaries because I've been to other McFit gyms (Verona) and the difference is sky high!!! The design is really nice and you don't even feel like it's a gym. Overall a 10 out of 10!
