This was an awesome experience! We arrived at 10 am and 3 hours flew by! We made 3 different pasta dishes and each of us actually cooked the sauce, kneaded the dough and prepared the dishes. Then, enjoyed the fruits of our labour for lunch with complimentary wine. We learned all sorts of techniques and highly recommend it! Also I am a vegetarian (my partner is not) and they accommodated my restriction but he happily enjoyed the regular menu. For the veggie meal instead of tagiatelle ragu I made a delicious sauce with endives, olives and pistachios. Will be adding this to my recipe repertoire. Also it’s a professional kitchen so they have a big and clean space with lots of tools.

We had the best time making pasta and traditional Bolognese ragu. Can't wait to get home to fatten up my friends with repeat attempts to emulate today's successful creations! Highly recommend!
This was an amazing experience! Valeria showed us how to make pasta without using any machines. It was so easy and when it was all done we got to eat all of our pasta! Everything tasted amazing. Valeria was so much fun to work with and my husband and I learned soooo much. Thank you for the most wonderful experience!
Valeria and Barbara were so wonderful. We truly learned so much from them. It was the most wonderful thing I experienced while in Italy. Their willingness to share their skills and easy company was well worth it. We even added an additional class! I'll return again!
One of the best few hours I’ve spent during my three weeks in Italy, hands down. Valeria taught me techniques and gave me all the tips I need to go back home with the confidence to share this beautiful cuisine with my friends and family. Go in the off-season if you can, but GO. Bologna is amazing. And this school is the unpretentious REAL DEAL.
