This experience comes HIGHLY recommended. Mattia did a fantastic food tour showing us the highlights of the local cuisine and the art of how pasta is made. He was always open and friendly to all of our questions and he took the time to tell us more about the city. We also received a brochure which brilliantly summarized all of the information we just learned. This tour is perfect for any moment of your trip but I'd personally recommend it right at the beginning of it to have a good idea of what to do, eat and see in Bologna.

Incredible highlight of our trip to Bologna. This was our first food tour and we were more than happy with the experience. We did the evening tour and was joined with three other individuals from USA. Great fun and a great buzz and food coma to cap the night! Mattia, thanks for being an awesome guide!

Mattia provides a great walking food tour in the city of Bologna. Being a local he is very passionate about his city and the great food and people. During the tour you can expect to try local dishes from artisanal shops and family run restaurants. Having experienced many food tours during our time in Italy I can highly recommend you try Delicious Bologna when in town. Ciao

This tour was beyond delicious! Even though it was my second trip to Bologna, Mattia still managed to impress me with local specialities, with his stories about local food culture and, above it all, for his passion for local food and the Emilia Romagna way of life. For me, the absolute highlight of this tour, was visiting an artisanal factory where a team of lovely people were making pasta from scratch. We got to see the entire process from dough making, to tortellini filling, etc.. Such positive working atmosphere, such amazing food… Mattia is truly passionate about food and about the city he calls home, and that makes the experience even more enjoyable. Love Bologna. Loved this tour!
