Courtesy, competence and bright cars all in the same place. Helpful and courteous staff members. Very attentive about client needs. Technically competent and showing some of the best cars. As a customer, I give you five stars. Thank you!
Very disappointed. Very bad and unfriendly staff and service. I am a tourist visiting Rome for 3 days. I had a problem with the AC of my BMW and I begged to connect the OBD to read out the error message, a matter of 10 min approx. But the agent was not willing to do this in the next 3 weeks even if I paid. He was not even willing to call the other BMW dealer in Rome or give me the phone number. The BMW store was full with more than 10 BMW agents in nice clothes chatting, beside me there was not a single client. I sm looking forward togo back to Germany and Switzerland. There BMW cares about clients buyinh their expensive cars.
