I cannot recommend Bliss Moving & Logistics highly enough. From the moment I contacted them they were professional and responsive. Their packing team were outstanding and every piece made it safely from Italy to Australia. Not only did we have the usual household items but also some valuable pieces that required particular care and attention. Their prices were competitive but it’s their attention to detail that set them apart.

It's easy to give 5 stars and value a company as great when everything goes smooth. But it's harder to give 5 stars when something unexpected happens (ex. damaged items or other issues), which can happen when you ship stuff across countries and borders. That's where Bliss makes the difference and stands up. In my case two items got damaged during shipment and I got them already repaired/replaced at destination with no hassle. Everyone in the team (Dario, Giuliano, thanks!) worked hard to make sure everything was handled on their side and promptly communicated with no efforts from me. Even the CEO Francesco called me to make sure all was in order which demonstrate how deeply in the DNA is customer care and transparency in this company.

We moved from NYC to Italy. Francesco and Diego were a great help during the entire moving. Francesco, our first contact and CEO of the company was relaiable, kind and always had an answer to all my questions and concerns. Diego, our International Moving Consultant, took care of the logistic process and thanks to his meticulous work we got all our household goods within the time frame planned and in perfect conditions. Great communication and organization skills are the main features of BLISS Moving & Logistic which I strongly recommend.

The Bliss team has been amazing!! Francesco organized our pick up in less than a week and Diego in person came to check how to pack also the most sensitive items. The team in charge of packing has been terrific, they were super careful and packed everything so that our stuff would arrive in great shape. They were really nice people! Also at arrival the unpacking company took care of everything, they left everything clean and in shape and they were super fast. We go our container in time and nothing was broken. I am so happy with Bliss service!
