The staff are very friendly and helped me to organise a taxi. The room was comfortable and clean, and it had everything I needed.

We decided to spend one night here after a trip to Milano, because we had our flight early in the morning from Bergamo Airport. The Booking descriptions and reviews said that they are able to offer airport transfer, but when we've asked for it, we were told that it is not possible because it was to early (we requested to leave at 6 o'clock). In the end we spent 30 euros for a taxi. Beside this, during check in we were requested to pay a city tax of 4 euros (we were 3 persons and it's hard to belive that the city tax is 1.33 euros per person) but we didn't get any receipt for this money.

Very nice and modern place, very clean and well looked after. Polite and helpful staff especially the owner. Breakfast room well stocked. The only minus is small and cramped parking, but there is another one across the street. I Highly recommend this hotel.
