This company is a fraud, they do not do any research besides going through the research you provide them with and confirming what you have already found in other words you have a better chance using online resources to find your heritage than through this fraudulent company, you will get a call from Allesandro whenever he is going on "a trip" to ask for more money from you he basically defrauds people to fund his travels to the USA etc where he finds more people to defraud.

We make you hope and believe that we will help you, but instead we let you wait and desperate. The manager or CEO made me wait for 5 months, disappeared twice and doesn't reply anymore.
