Recentemente ho avuto problemi al cambio automatico della JEEP Cherokee MD19, l'autovettura è stata inviata dall'Assicurazione alla ditta FM dopo che si era consultata con la concessionaria. Ho avuto contatti telefonici con il signor Luigi, che devo ringraziare per la pazienza, la professionalità, l’impegno e la serietà che ha dimostrato e senza dubbio estenderla anche al team specialistico e competente che si è impegnato a ridurre i tempi di fermo veicolo. E' un atto dovuto e un piacere farlo pubblicamente e un consiglio caloroso agli sfortunati che come me sono rimasti a piedi (e a quelli più illuminati che pensano di fare una verifica preventiva), l'officina FM.
