We rented a car online and during pick up, they more or less forced us to pay 3x more on the top of the price that we have already payed online. If we wouldn’t pay for extra full insurance, we would have to accept absolutely terrible conditions that haven’t been communicated before. They would have to pay 2500 as a collateral, for any minimum scratches I would pay 600 plus 75 every day until it’s fixed without a chance to challenge decision. After long dialogue with the arrogant girl at the counter it was pretty clear that we either pay extra 150 for a “full insurance” or it would cost us more then 600 after we return the car because it was obvious that they would do their best to find something. And if they don’t manage to find anything, they would surely make up something. Plus they insisted on a collateral for a full 151 which is insane given that full tank of fuel cost 70... I still hope they will return them to me. And after this when we wanted to cancel our order and leave, they didn’t want to return us the money that we have already paid because we booked it through site and not directly.... All in all, it was the most terrible experience that I’ve ever had with a car rental and surely I will never come back again. And I sincerely don’t recommend it to anyone.

Parcheggio molto comodo e servizio navetta puntuale. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Staff gentile e attento alle richieste del cliente. Consiglio a chi vuole partire da Bari.

Comodissimo, ti accompagnano in aeroporto e ti vengono a prendere puntualmente. Ottimo servizio
ottimo parcheggio, lasci l'auto e in 5 minuti ti accompagnano con la navetta in aeroporto, e al ritorno telefoni e vengono a prenderti. i prezzi sono abbordabili.
Da migliore la segnaletica e da ridurre le persone nel pulmino (in questo periodo). Comodo
Una Stella in meno perché in periodo di covid non puoi riempire il pullmino. Molto vicino all'aeroporto
Abbiamo lasciato la macchina al parcheggio sotterraneo dove ci hanno detto loro di lasciarla che poi ci pensavano loro a parcheggiarla, al ritorno ci hanno detto dove stava e siamo usciti da soli dal parcheggio, commettendo l'errore di non controllare se stava tutto come avevamo lasciato, quando ci siamo fermati ci siamo accorti che lo sportello davanti lato guidatore era tutto rigato. Abbiamo chiamato, ci hanno fatto tornare solo x sentirci dire che dovevamo dirlo prima di uscire dal parcheggio. Mai più lasceremo la macchina lì
