Great service! Wonderful food and vibe. Have had the best experience, the Factory Pub is owned by the same owners. They are wonderful, great service and food. Definitely hit this place up if you are in Bari.

We decided to try this place as a change from the excellent Italian food we had been enjoying. We made a booking by email which turned out to be a good move, as the place was full within half an hour of opening. Which was hardly surprising, as the food is incredibly tasty, and the service is really friendly. There is a good selection of wine and beer, and they do a mean margherita. A bit off the beaten track, but well worth seeking out. Don't forget to book.

Confirmed the order for chili, ended up waiting for a long time and the waiter said I didn't order it. So decided not to wait longer, asked for the bill but the same waiter was too busy wiping tables, although there were very few people and noone was waiting to be seated. Still, I had to come up to the bar and demand bill once again. The staff didn't even bother to apologize. P.s. chicken wings - mediocre quality. Next time I assume I have to confirm to the waiter all my order myself :-)
