Scammers. They tried to charge our credit card after almost a year for a fake ticket. They blame it to a rouge employee. No responsibility taken!

We where 1 hour to late for shop up, because or flight was delayed. When we booked the cars we must give or flight no. So they know when or flight has a delay. We must pay 50 euro a car for the delay, otherwise we did not recieved the 2 cars. This the first time that a car rental company is doing so dificult about 1 hour extra to late.

Warning: In a sea full of car rental sharks, this one is the absolute definition of a bottom feeder. Do not even consider using them. They are highly unprofessional , and are guaranteed to try and rip you off in one way or another. We had the utter misfortune to rent a car from their Catania Airport branch with agreement that the car would be returned out of hours. The two individuals that I encountered were quite possibly the rudest people i've ever met and they left me in no doubt that they would try anything they could to fraudulently levy additional charges. Among other things they completely failed to provide any instruction whatsoever on what to do with the key when returning the car . So.. with no security , no marked key box and no instructions whatsoever, the only sensible option was to put the key through a gap in their office door and safely out of reach of the public. That was immediately followed by a call to their office when they opened an hour later to explain the situation , and they fully acknowledged the safe receipt of both the key and the car. Later they decided it would be more profitable to change that story to suddenly not being able to find the key...and hey presto a demand and an unauthorised debit to my card for 268 for a lost key . I don't think it would be possible to be more unscrupulous if you tried. VISA were supposed to have blacklisted them to prevent that charge but they messed up so its now their problem. They are in the process of refunding the money to me and are also in the process of issuing a charge back procedure to retrieve the money from Auto Centre and I wish them every success in that regard. Do yourself an absolute favour and avoid these guys at any cost.

Dont rent a car by this guys. They charge you after you delivered the car. They say it is ok but they charge with something small. 262,30 euro for a small stain. Special cleaning they mailed me after 4 days. What a joke.
