Take care, it just a betrayel. The guy wasnt at the office, so I went to the volkswagen. The woman there didnt know anything about rentalscars. She could someone, made some papers, I had to wait more then an hour and then finally told me, she cant get any autorisation to my creditcard. But the money for the booked time they could get it..... so I lost 83 euro and didnt get a car for the 2 days.
