If I could give zero stars I would. All was fine with the car but having returned it in perfect condition with a full tank of gas, and having been told that everything was fine, I returned home to find they had issued an unauthorised card to my credit charge. This charge has not been explained to me and I have not received a response to my attempts to contact them to find out why. On collecting the car I also waited for nearly an hour and was treated pretty badly (the lady on the desk picked up her phone and started responding to WhatsApp messages halfway through completing my paperwork despite the long wait). That I can live with, but they are essentially thieves having taken money from my card without an explanation or my consent. Avoid at all costs.
Horrible service!! I rented a fiat panda for just 3.5 days in como. I was given a car full of dents and scratches that you could just tick and mark all the car on the contract card. Due to lack of communication and poor english they only checked the majot dents and scratches that one can see easily. Ofcourse not the microscopic damages. At drpoff the attendant started pointing to me all the minor microscopoc faults in the car which i was not even aware of. One had to literslly rub the dust off inorder to see these. To make things worse i was charged 300euros. When i tried to claim this wrong foing i was only left hanging on the line with the excuse that ' we do not speak english' and 'we do not understand your problem' Totally unprofessional, fishy and cheats! Never again!
