THEY DON'T HAVE ANY EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HER THE LADY WITH DARK HAIR... SHE TOLD ME THAT HER NAME IS KATYA...YA RIGHT SICILIAN GIRL NAMED KATYA ...BE VERY CAREFUL OR THE BEST IS TO RUN AWAY ... EVERYWHERE ELSE YOU GONNA BE SAFER...THAN HERE. I MADE RESERVATION..AND GAVE HER THE RESERVATION#... THE CONTRACT IS MOSTLY IN ITALIEN.. AND SHE WILL RUSH YOU ...I EXPECTED THAT SHE TAKES A DEPOSIT BECAUSE I REFUSED THE EXTRA INSURANCE.. AFTER I RETURNED THE CAR ...I HAD ALL THE KINDS OF INSURANCE ON THE CONTRACT INCLUDING A WIND PROTECTION...EXTRA WINDOWS INSURANCE AND INSTEAD DOLLARS MY COPY SUDDENLY WAS IN EUROS... AND THE DEPOSIT WAS TAKEN AS A PAYMENT FOR TWO DAYS OF RENTAL... FOR FIAT 500..? SO INSTEAD PAYING 49.60...THE CHARGE IS 250.0 HOW ABOUT THAT...IS THIS THE PLACE... YOU REALLY WANT TO RENT A CAR ?!?!!!!? WATCH YOURSELF !!! OR BETTER DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.... AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...YOU GONNA BE HAPPIER...IN THE END... AFTER THAT EXPERIENCE. I WILL TELL EVERYONE... ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AT THAT PLACE... DON'T TELL ME I DIDN'T WARN YOU !!!! ZERO STARS!!!

We rent a car for a couple of time and they give us the new 500 fiat, the lady,Katia, she was really friendly and professional both times. I suggest you to rent in Avis for my experience .
they stole money under the guise of a bail of 350 euros. scammers. never rent here.

Do not go here! I hired two insurances and everything and when I returned the car they said I had nothing else to pay. I stayed my while trip without money because of how much money they withheld from my account. Then a few days later I noticed that they charged me 190 for no reason and nobody is answering the phone even after numerous phone calls. Stay away!
