I am sorry for those who had some bad experience in this place, as for me, I am very very pleased. All the doctors were super nice, talkative and smiling. I was here today doing check up, the reception girls did everything very great, guiding you from one visit to another. I have received the comfortable uniform with slippers and clean socks. After couple of tests I could make a breakfast, they offer pastry coffee etc. Between the visits you have a space to wait, very comfortable. The toilets are super clean and reserved only for people who make check up. The location of this place is also strategically awesome with the red line metro passing by. Thank you guys for that positive experience!!!

I believe it is important to make aware all the Auxologico patients of how poor is the service (not) provided by the center. For 2 times, the doctor did not show up on the online appointment. Moreover, it is impossible to get any support ie the call center does not reply on the phone and the email support does not reply before 24 hours!!! It is a misery, indeed!! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANY APPOINTMENT as you will just waste your time...

Ho fatto una visita al centro dislipidemie. Da un medico si richiedono competenza e professionalità; quando insieme a questo si trova anche cortesia, gentilezza e grande disponibilità, è davvero il top. È questo che ho trovato dalla Dottoressa Gilardino. Grazie!

Ho eseguito esame holter e per ridurre tempi ho pagato la tariffa Smart, anche se di smart ha solo il nome, comunque i tempi di attesa si sono notevolmente ridotti. In occasione di altri esami mi rivolgo alla struttura in questione che di volta in volta, per ridurre tempi di attesa mi avvia nelle strutture sparse per la città. Per quanto mi riguarda non posso che parlare bene della struttura e per le mie esperienze mi sento di consigliarla.

Prenotato onde d'urto. Tempi di attesa accettabili. Impegnativa del Gaetano Pini non corretta e incompleta. Fortunatamente il Dott. Cherubini ha rimediato, evitandomi notevoli fastidi e ritardi nell'inizio della terapia. Già dalla prima seduta ho potuto notare un sensibile miglioramento. Staff educato ed esaustivo.

Semplicemente ho prenotato una visita e dopo aver aspettato 45 minuti, mi è stato detto che la dottoressa è andata via, senza avvisare nessuno. Pertanto permesso di lavoro buttato. Davvero scarsa professionalità. Non mi vedrete più.
