These guys are amazing. I was visiting Rome from Germany. Someone smashed my passenger side window and broke into my car on the day that we were supposed to leave to drive back. Although they didn’t have a replacement (I didn’t expect any autoglass shop in Rome to have a Jeep Wrangler replacement window on hand.), these guys had my car back in the garage within ten minutes of my arrival to the shop. After 20 more minutes, they had my car ready with a plastic window that would survive the 11 hour drive back home. They also cleaned up all the glass from the broken window. These guys saved my life today.

I am visiting Italy with a UK plate car. Had a incident in a car park and left with a smashed window. Called my insurance company in the U.K. and was referred to carglass for local repair. The whole process is hassle free and efficient! They've got nice staff trying to be helpful all the time. And they speak very good English as well! Would definitely recommend to everyone in need.

L' officina in via della Magliana è davvero eccezionale. Per professionalità, celerità del lavoro, accuratezza, pulizia e perché no anche cortesia e gentilezza nel trattare il cliente che nel mio caso aveva avuto un finestrino spaccato con asporto di una borsa e quindi non era in ino stato d'animo proprio ottimale.Bravi. Chi lavora bene deve essere premiato.

Ok disponibilità e puntualità. Non bene che si abbassino tutti i vetri e la musica accesa e che si lasci la colla sul vetrino nonostante lo abbia detto. Inaccettabile che si ritrovi il vetro sali-scendi a fianco rigato perché probabilmente era rimasto una scheggia incastrata nella guarnizione.
