I rented a car yesterday at Bergamo airport from Thrifty operated by Hertz (booked with you).It was late and I been told to inspect the car for additional damages in the morning and to send an email but I haven’t found any email anywhere. Additional damages founded. Anyone can give me an email of Thrifty or Hertz?

Thrifty: Pickup without problem, such a sweet lady behind the desk. Perfect car, Fiat 500. Easy drop off, although a bit "quiet" guy. Good price.

With my rent everything went well but I have a tendency to take care for rent cars like for a baby. I was disgusted though with personell in airport section. When I booked my trip with rentalcars and paid 120 euros, I was not told that I will be customer of second category. After saying hi and presenting my reservation number, impolite lady told my "why do you book car with third party site" she stopped servicing us, told us to wait, despite sitting in front of computer and watching her fingernails. Then while returning a car everything went well but I've seen scam attempt done by tyou employee. Young pair was returning fiat 500 and apparently lock was broken. No one today, having a pilot is going to check the door lock. This was purely to make him pay or not return his deposit. Handled very poor by impolite people. He was explaining that during 2 days he never used car lock, but because it said ok lock on documents, he has to pay.

Thrifty together with Hertz. One of the worst places to rent a car. It took us more than 70 minutes just to get to the counter, because you have to get a number and they’re terribly slow. Not worth it at all.

Rented a mini car from here on 19th September 2013. The man behind the counter (Italian, in his 40s) was VERY rude; not only did he greet me directly with an impertinent "Yes, let's see your voucher!" instead of "Hello" and a smile - but he also completely ignored me while I asked him a question about the fuel policy. I wouldn't have minded that he spoke bad English if he had at least taken the trouble to acknowledge me while I spoke to him, rather than treating me like a worthless annoyance. The previous customer, a French lady, got pretty much the same treatment as me, from what I could see, so I'm imagining that other people were not impressed with this employee's behaviour either. When returning the car, they refused to sign me off because apparently they'd given me the wrong car documents when I picked up the car. So, because of THEIR mistake, I had to spend another 40min or so in their office, which made me almost lose my flight. Needless to say, the same uncivilised employee then signed me off without so much as a smile, let alone a proper apology. Terrible, terrible service. Next time I'll just stick with AutoEurope, Avis or Hertz, which have never let me down, and which I'm sure select their employees better than this dodgy Dollar company.

La peggior compagnia di autonoleggio mai utilizzata. Non accettano che uno faccia il pieno sull' autostrada addebitando l' intero pieno a prezzi da capogiro (1,8 al litro) anche per mancanze di mezzo litro di benzina nel serbatoio. Evitateli nella maniera più assoluta.

Самые дешёвые машины и самое долгое ожидание. В целом все хорошо. Будьте готовы ждать вашу машину 2-3 часа на получение и 20-30 минут на возврат. В остальном замечаний нет, все хорошо.

¿Puede indicarme alguien a qué hora cierran cada noche o si están mas de las 00:00h sin recargo? mi vuelo llega a las 23:30 y tengo prevista la recogida a las 00:30, dicen que no me cobran recargo de "fuera de horario" pero no lo tengo muy claro ¿pueden ayudarme?
