I highly recommend this gym, it’s such a positive place for getting back into shape. The gym is open and practicing COVID-safe. I go to the Pilates classes 3:30pm on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays and they are lead by Illyria. The Pilates classes are very good and each lesson is different, eg. Wednesdays we use the bosu ball, Friday’s we use the resistance wheel. The classes gets harder as you progress and everyone is really friendly. Best Pilates class to get into shape after having a baby, getting back into fitness, or for getting a stronger core. Priced reasonably.

Staff estremamente disponibile, oltre che professionale e preparato. Luogo ideale per avvicinarsi al fitness ma anche per chi ha già esperienza di palestre. Consigliatissimo, una delle migliori realtà della zona.
