Incompetent specialist. Looking 45yrs old. Couldn’t fix my mac/ software because they “didn’t have the supplies ie. thunderbolt”. When I’ve asked to set up an appointment with another Genius bar in town, he said Genius bars don’t have supplies in Italy. Ridiculous and racist. Where else am I supposed to get help with my mac if not at the Genius bar?
The booking system for apple care sucks. 10 minutes waiting just to get informed that I need to return tomorrow. Covid cannot be use as the excuse for all of your IT and organizational problems. My new macbook air had gave me more headaches than expected.
